Any cancelations of the service appointment will result in an automatic $85 cancelation fee.

Rescheduling appointments in 24 hours or less of the service appointment time range will result in an automatic $50 rescheduling fee charge.

We require half of payment down at the time of booking. The other half is to be paid 2 hours after the technician arrives to the property

We do background checks on every single employee – that consists of a national and statewide criminal record check and a driver’s license check.

We have an AMAZING redo policy! we’ll come back and redo any missed spots/areas completely free of charge, whenever you want!

Before your service appointment, please ensure you have the items below if you do not have any at home:

Customers supplies for decluttering

- Pens

- Black Marker

- Container to store belongings ( heavy duty trash bags or Boxes or containers ) - scotch tapes

-Scissors

We accept credit cards, cashapp, zelle payments for the time being. No cash or checks.
